April, May 2016...

April saw our last Indian Princess camp out for a while.  Mary has aged out and Finley is not yet old enough to be an Indian Princess.  This year, the family camp was at the Jellystone Park in Fredericksburg.

On the way home, we stopped off at Fort Lancaster in the Pecos Valley.  It was a hot day, so we used the complimentary golf carts to make our way through the Fort, much to the kids' delight.

In other news...

Daniel did not enjoy his annual visit to the vet.  He really thought we were headed to the dog park.

We spent a few days at the lake...

 Finn discovered kiwi.

And she helped out a little at the hangar...

Spring is a beautiful time to spend days outdoors, eating chili...

Mary "auditioned" for junior high band.  Junior High, yikes!  She will play the flute.

Mary took her sixth grade mystery trip to Six Flags.

Finley worked on her fine motor skills.

We spent some days at the pool.

Lanie gave Finn a new-to-you owl backpack and she was rather taken by it.

We welcomed the arrival of Andrew's new wings, a CT Flight Design.  I like this plane; it has a parachute.

Mary and Nana Tracy were the first passengers.

Young Eagles events are still going strong.

We attended a few more choir events.
